Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in managing cross-functional technology programs and a keen understanding of AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between business, engineering, product, and leadership teams.

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs with a focus on AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive program execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
• Facilitate sprint planning, program reviews, and executive-level updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for program governance.
• Support AI adoption initiatives, automation programs, and innovation-driven projects.

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven applications, and modern technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
