Agentic DevOps & AI Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic DevOps Engineer to join our growing, multicultural team in Santiago, Chile. This role is central to supporting our company’s pivot to an AI-first strategy, moving beyond traditional consulting to prioritize advanced AI capabilities. As a hands-on technical leader, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of scalable, production-ready Generative AI agentic systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across our global offices to operationalize reusable MLOps and DevOps frameworks, ensuring seamless delivery of agentic applications across cloud environments. Our Santiago team operates at the forefront of innovation, working with world-class clients including a leading global payments network, Santander Bank, and local industry leaders like Agrosuper.

• Framework Development: design and implement scalable DevOps frameworks for AI agentic systems and flagship products such as the Agile Artifact Analyzer (AAA).
• Agent Orchestration: support the lifecycle management of the AI Agents and other proprietary agentic systems.
• Observability & Monitoring: implement robust monitoring and metering using tools such as Langfuse (including commercial self-hosted deployments) and MLflow.
• Infrastructure Management: manage and optimize GPU infrastructure.
• Cloud Deployment: maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments hosted on Amazon Bedrock, as well as Azure and GCP environments.
• Security & Compliance: integrate advanced security protocols, including bot protection, CAPTCHA mechanisms, and defenses against prompt injection or system misuse.
• Global Collaboration: coordinate with experts in our India and Ireland hubs to centralize MLOps infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Client Enablement: support client onboarding and automate alert filtering processes for high-security enterprise environments.

• Security Expertise: demonstrated experience in secure deployments and managing robust protocols against AI-specific threats.
• Cloud Proficiency: strong experience with private and public cloud environments, particularly Amazon Bedrock and Azure.
• Infrastructure: advanced knowledge of Nvidia and GPU management, benchmarking, and optimization.
• Certifications: Nvidia Certification is highly desirable to validate expertise in AI deployments.
• Linguistic Skills: fluency in Spanish and English is a strong asset for bilingual client engagements and localized system development.
