Given the size of the school and number of campuses, students needed a more effective way to communicate with one another.
Attendance monitoring system, secure payment transactions and early enrollment were all integrated through Moofwd’s app. Payment integration was enabled through a third-party payment company. The app is currently being utilized by more than 90,000 students and administrators.
Moofwd’s Zubron MBaaS system enabled single sign-on access to their unique SIS and a new LMS system. This integration was accomplished without any impact for students. A large-scale notification system was also implement via the app and as of today more than 5 million notifications have been delivered.

UVM needed an effective communication tool to give students and professors the ability to stay connected across their 37 campuses, which are spread throughout the country.
Integrated attendance system that allows professors to record attendance even if they’re offline. Data is stored on the phone and synced with servers. Once there is a better connection data is sent to the server. Now professors have the convenience of entering grades from their devices. This has been helpful since grades often need to be input as the semester is ending. Almost 50% of students and 1,600 professors are actively using the app.
Moofwd integrated massive access for their SIS for more than 30 campuses across the country. App features can be utilized in both online and offline mode. In addition, there is a communication and notification tool for multiple roles such as students and professors.

Strategic Planning Universidad del Valle de Mexico
Universidad de Coimbra is a public university and one of the most prominent universities in Portugal, as well as one of the oldest universities in the world. It was established in 1290.
Prior to Moofwd the only method of communication was via their campus website. This method was ineffective since many students were not reading all of their notifications. The school was in need of a more effective communication tool to keep students and professors connected.
Having an integrated app paved the way for effective and efficient communication. All main systems were integrated including grades, attendance, cafeteria, and scheduling. Job fairs are a well used feature where students can view workshop times and company lists. They are also able to register through the app and scan the QR code on their phone to check into the event.

UE Spain is a private university in Madrid that covers all branches and campuses including Real Madrid Graduate School, Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM), Universidad Europea de Canarias (UEC), Universidad Europea de Valencia (UEV), IEDE Business School and Universidade Europeia (UE).
UE Spain needed an effective communication tool that allowed all schools to communicate in both Spanish and Portuguese enabling students to communicate in their preferred language.
Students now have the ability to access their campus app in their language based on location. UE Spain came on board with an aggressive action plan to include prospective students, campus life and alumni for both Spain and Portugal beginning with alumni. Moofwd is working towards supporting them further through providing a coherent integrated solution for all their campus needs. Another value-added feature provided through the app is a financial system which informs students payments pending in real time.

Universidad de los Andes is a non-profit private research university, ranked in the top 10 universities among Chilean universities.
The school was in need of an effective communication tool to enhance student participation. They were also looking to implement a tool to process mobile payments.
Moofwd implemented a QR enabled app for the school. This feature allows students to use their phone to pay in the cafeteria and library through their QR code. Additionally, QR codes were placed on the walls of classrooms that can be scanned to obtain technical support or in case of an emergency. Students’ usage within the app is easily accessible. UVM also utilizes Moofwd’s module of professor surveys, where students can evaluate their professors at the end of each semester.
Over 95% of students are using the app; 35% of students are using it daily. Their app has been very well received by both students and faculty alike. They have been constantly upgrading and implementing new features over the past three years.
